Welcome to Mix Vintage Italy. These Terms and Conditions of Service govern access to and use of the website and services offered by Mix Vintage Italy.
By accessing the site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept all the terms and conditions stated, you will not be able to use the site or services.

The site is hosted on the Shopify platform, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure that allows us to sell our products and services.

Mix Vintage Italy primarily sells vintage second-hand items and new articles.
For this reason:
- items may show minor signs of wear due to age
- each product is unique
- product conditions are described and shown in the images
We do our best to display colours and product details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reproduce colours with perfect accuracy.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in euros (€).
We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without notice.
Order payments are made via the payment methods available on the site, securely managed through Shopify and its payment providers.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:
- limited product availability
- errors in information or pricing
- suspicion of fraud or unauthorised activity
In the event that an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier used.
Mix Vintage Italy is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return Policy, available on the site.
The customer has the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with the conditions stated on the dedicated returns page.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

All content on the site, including images, logo, texts, graphics and design, is the property of Mix Vintage Italy or their respective owners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Reproduction, distribution or use without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
