Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care products (e.g. beauty products). Returns are also not accepted on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
